My Design Process
I am a Product Designer, based in Austin, TX. I hold a Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering and, initially delved into the world of technology as a Software Engineer at Infosys. However, I have always had a passion for art and design. I have combined this area of interest with my passion and her background to find the perfect match - UX Design. This may seem like a drastic change but in some ways, they're actually very similar. For example, I learned to problem solve, think deeply about my approach, and realize there are multiple ways to reach an answer. All of these apply to design so I'm grateful I had a little detour. Because of it, I have a unique perspective when tackling design problems and even life.
Mine is not a rigid, but rather an evolving process as I learn from new experiences. User experience design is much more than what meets the eye. One of my strongest skills is to collaborate with my team on all aspects of crafting the experience.

Deliver & Evaluate
Evaluate the product's feasibility and gather user feedback. Be ready to implement product adjustments based on the insights received.
Iterative
"If you never try, you never know". Generate as many ideas as possible. Do not be afraid to experiment and try out new ideas. Sketch, create wireframes, build prototypes.
Evaluate
The design process remains ongoing. Utilize metrics and data to iterate and enhance the product, refining its performance continually.

I hold dear the memories of my childhood in India, a land steeped in art, culture, and heritage. In the tapestry of my life, I weave the colors of my passion for painting, freelancing as an artist whenever time allows. The kitchen is my canvas for crafting wholesome meals, where I delight in experimenting with new recipes to share with family and friends. Nature becomes my companion during daily walks and hikes, and in those moments, audiobooks transport me to different worlds. Austin, Texas, is where I currently call home, residing with my husband, a Game Developer, and our two incredible children. Adding some of my recent art works below.
